Oregon Registry Master Trainer
As an Oregon Registry Master Trainer, I provide professional learning opportunities that support early childhood educators across the state in deepening their knowledge, strengthening their practice, and nurturing environments where children and educators can thrive.
The Oregon Registry Master Trainer certification recognizes trainers who have demonstrated expertise in early childhood education, adult learning, and professional development. Trainings are aligned with Oregon’s Core Knowledge Categories and are designed to support educators in meeting professional development goals within the Oregon Registry system.
Thoughtful Professional Learning
Professional learning is most meaningful when it connects directly to the everyday experiences of educators and the children they serve. Each training is designed to be reflective, practical, and rooted in relationship-centered practice.
Through Seeds of Dignity in Early Learning, trainings focus on:
• trauma-informed early childhood environments
• social-emotional development and regulation
• dignity-centered classroom communities
• reflective teaching practices
• supporting resilience and belonging in early learning
Educators are invited into conversations that honor their experiences while exploring new perspectives and strategies they can bring back to their classrooms.
Trainings Designed for Your Community
Every program, team, and community carries its own strengths and goals. Trainings can be adapted to meet the unique needs of your organization and may be offered in a variety of formats, including:
• conference presentations
• professional development workshops
• multi-session learning series
• leadership conversations with directors and teams
• virtual or in-person training opportunities
A Collaborative Approach
My approach to training is grounded in the belief that educators grow best in environments of curiosity, reflection, and mutual respect. Together we create space to explore new ideas, reflect on current practice, and strengthen the relationships that are at the heart of early learning.
