As an Oregon Registry Master Trainer, I offer professional learning that is practical, reflective, and grounded in the real experiences of early childhood educators.

My goal is not simply to provide information, but to create learning spaces where educators feel respected, supported, and encouraged to think deeply about their practice. The work we do with young children matters, and the adults doing that work deserve professional development that feels meaningful, relevant, and connected to the children and families they serve.

Trainings are aligned with Oregon’s Core Knowledge Categories and can support professional development goals within the Oregon Registry system.

I believe the most meaningful learning happens when we can connect new ideas to what is already happening in our classrooms, programs, and relationships.

Through Seeds of Dignity in Early Learning, professional learning may focus on:

• trauma-informed early childhood environments

• social-emotional development and regulation

• dignity-centered classroom communities

• reflective teaching practices
